Fix & Flip Loans:

Fix & Flip Line of Credit:
This program is for active flippers who are ready to scale their business. Get pre-approved one time with our streamlined underwriting process. After that, you can fund multiple deals at the same time without having to re-apply for every single property.
DSCR Loans:
This is the ultimate long-term loan for “buy and hold” rental investors. We qualify the loan based on the property’s rental income, not your personal W-2 or tax returns. If the property’s cash flow covers the mortgage, you’re on the path to approval.
Bridge Loans:
This short-term loan provides the capital to “bridge” a financial gap and act on an opportunity. Use it to acquire a new property before selling an old one or to close in just days, not weeks. Our asset-based underwriting gives you the speed and certainty to win the deal.
New Construction Loans:

Raw Land Loans:
Secure your next project’s location before you’re ready to build. This loan allows you to acquire undeveloped land for a future investment. We can later roll this financing into a New Construction loan when you are ready to break ground.
Multi-Family Loans:
We provide financing for properties with four or more residential units. We offer flexible options, including long-term DSCR loans for stabilized assets or short-term bridge loans for quick acquisitions. This program is designed to help you scale your multi-family portfolio.
Commercial Loans:
This loan is for purchasing or refinancing commercial properties like warehouses, auto shops, and retail storefronts. We are asset-based lenders, so we focus on the property’s value, not just your personal income. Our common-sense underwriting helps you fund diverse commercial deals.
Transactional Funding:
